1. Eligibility for Refund 

1.1. Our refund policy applies to products/services purchased directly from our website. 

1.2. To be eligible for a refund, you must request a refund within 10 days from the date of purchase. 

1.3. Refunds are not available for products/services that have been used, downloaded, accessed, or consumed, unless otherwise specified.

2.2. Provide your order number and a clear explanation of the reason for your refund request. 

2.3. Refund requests will be processed within 5 business days. 

3. Refund Approval 

3.1. Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

3.2. Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

6.1. We do not offer exchanges for products/services. If you require a different product/service, you may need to initiate a return and request a refund, then make a new purchase.
