Ms. Darceuil Duncan

Ms. Duncan is an environmental / arts and culture development professional with experience in research, planning, implementation and advocacy. She was formally trained in the areas of Environmental Science and Management (MSc. The University of Trinidad and Tobago and BSc The University of the West Indies, St Augustine).
Her work focuses on building and maintaining a strong network within central and local government and their agencies, private sector and civil society. This work seeks to provide specialised recommendations on economic development opportunities specific to cultural, festival, heritage, eco- tourism and creative industries development. Ms Duncan is a trained Project Manager and Events Coordinator with experience in the Creative Sector.
She currently works as a Culture and Creative Industries Implementation officer at the Economic Development Advisory Board

Dionne Mc Nicol Stephenson

Dionne made her formal entry into the entertainment industry in Trinidad and Tobago in 1998, having been involved informally from around 1991. Her experience in the area is wide and varied. She has been signed to a record label as a singer/songwriter and recording artist: recording original compositions as well as providing background vocals (recording and live performance) for many local acts over the years. Her voice has been heard on a number of advertising campaigns for Coke, Sprite, Republic Bank, Juicy Juice, Flow, Orchard juices and more. She has performed as an actress for two of the longest running local productions and was a founding member of a D Yard Crew. She has performed the roles of Stage Manager, Production Manager and Front of House Manager for local productions.
Dionne has also contributed to policy development in her tenure as Director and later CEO of Trinidad and Tobago Entertainment Company, as well as Director of Trinidad and Tobago Coalition of Service Industries and Chairperson of the Sector Advisory Committee for the Creative Industries attached to the National Training Agency.
Currently Dionne is focusing on her legal practice, where she specializes in Entertainment Law, Intellectual Property and all laws related to the Creative Industries. Additionally, as the Chief Connector for A BigBox of Crayons, Dionne is in the business of connecting creatives so that they can collaborate for commercial gain while solving social issues.

Ms. Savitri Rampersad

Ms. Rampersad is a steelpan enthusiast, who holds a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Music Performance, in Steelpan as well as Master’s degree in Carnival Studies. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Cultural Studies examining the ‘ Effects of the Steelpan on the Human Physiology’.
She is also a Medical Massage Therapist with 10 years of experience. She graduated with Honours in Medical Sciences and Musculosketal Dysfunctions studies. At present she runs a part-time massage practise in Freeport and is furthering the link between therapy and her passion for music.

Mr. Toussaint is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Educate Inspire Encourage library and knowledge Management Company and Executive Editor of the now discontinued Caribbean Youth’s Magazine. Mr. Toussaint has been involved the entrepreneurship field for the past 10 years and over and has hand a number of accomplishments in the field. He has experience and knowledge in the areas of Financial Analysis, Strategic Marketing, Strategic Management, Change Management and Policy Development.
